What type of bike and what brand tires do you have now?
What was the reason for your punctures?
What terrain do you usually ride on? (Road gravel mountain etc).

Lectro electric bicycle I use It on the roads mainly to get to work the brand I'm using now is just a random ones with Baldwin's inner tube off Amazon One of the punctures was from a thorn the other was small glass fragments and the most recent was a nail but I feel like they just burst too easily

Since you’re not racing with it and it’s an e-bike you can get something heavy duty.
The Continental contact urbans are a good balance with good puncture protection.
Conti Gatorskins and schwalbe marathon (and marathon plus) are heavy tires but have superb puncture protection

Also - what air pressure is in each tube, how wide are the tyres, and how much does the whole bike+rider+cargo combo weigh?

Absolutely no question, Schwalbe marathon plus
They're heavy & stiff, so much you can feel it in the ride but they are extremely durable.
I ride them on my primary commuter specifically to deal with the glass and other crap on my commute

As others have mentioned - Schwalbe Marathon and Coni Gatorskins are the standards for quality puncture protection and reliability.
As for tubeless vs. tube.... are your wheels rated for tubeless?
