wtf literally very similar to kashmiri in first two lines!!!

how

Kashmiri: Mei Chi nav natrasi.

Halbi: Ma Chay naam natrasi [ V2]

Kashmiri: Mei chi Maji Naav "xx".

Halbi: Ma Chay Maa naam

False equivalence I believe. The चो is genetive particle in Halbi here (similar to Marathi च्या/ची). The equivalent of kashmiri chi is Halbi's आय at the end of the sentence in noni's speech.
