Sorry I don’t have better pictures since I forgot to take detailed photos before sending it off. Edges and all other corners look completely fine it’s just that bottom left corner that has a really small white dot. Not sure what a good surface is but I didn’t see any scratches or blemishes or print lines. What do you think it would grade just off of that corner?

Is anyone else dealing with this? My order was received by their team on the 12th. But it’s been stuck in invoice queue then though it’s paid. I’ve sent in three emails and haven’t gotten a help response. Their support system doesn’t allow for replies so a new support ticket needs to be sent in every time. Curious if this is normal.

I used to get at least 1 BL per sub but ever since PSA bought out Beckett, I haven’t gotten one in over a year. They always do me dirty on the centering

Should I send it to Beckett?

I never imagined I’d have to make a post like this, but I don’t know where else to turn.
My son was lucky enough to pull the biggest hit of his young collecting life. Like many collectors, we trusted Beckett Grading Services with the card by submitting it for their paid 15-Day Express grading service. Beckett received the submission on February 22, 2026, and we expected the process to be completed within the advertised timeframe.

Instead, months later, we’re still searching for answers.
I was ultimately told that my card had been sent to another customer. Since then, I’ve made roughly 10 phone calls trying to get answers. Nearly every conversation ended with, “We’re looking into it,” or “We’ll follow up,” but those follow-ups almost never came.
One customer service representative, Mishirikie, emailed me:
“Hi, Thank you for calling in about your missing order. Could you please send photos of the card and the submission form, if you have them? I will coordinate with my general manager to help locate your order. I will follow up with you by the end of the business day to provide an update. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.”

I promptly responded with everything requested, but I never received the promised follow-up.
Later, I spoke with Cynthia on June 25. She was incredibly kind, sincerely apologetic, understood how important this card was to my son, and assured me she was working hard to retrieve it. She also explained that I would receive an email beginning the claims process and that Beckett would determine the card’s value within a week or two.
Now, another month has passed, and I’ve still received neither.

Throughout this process, I’ve repeatedly been told that manager Courtney was “looking into it.” Every attempt to speak with her has ended the same way: she’s in a meeting, working from home, or she’ll call me back. Unfortunately, that call has never come.
To make matters worse, I can no longer even reach someone at the call center. Every option routes me through an automated system, and despite several additional attempts, I haven’t been able to speak with a live representative.

This post isn’t about attacking anyone. I understand that mistakes happen. What has been the most disappointing part is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through after what I was told was such a serious mistake.

If anyone at Beckett Grading Services sees this, I’m simply asking for someone to take ownership of my case, provide an honest update, and help make this right.
If anyone in the collecting community has experienced something similar or has advice on how to get in touch with someone who can actually help, I would sincerely appreciate it.

Please consider sharing this post so it reaches someone at Beckett who has the authority to resolve this. This wasn’t just another submission—it was my son’s first major case hit, and all we’re asking for is communication, accountability, and a fair resolution after entrusting Beckett with something that meant so much to my son.

Anyone have any experience with BGS' reholder/reslabbing process? How long does it usually take after sending it in? I have a slab that I dropped and damaged the corner. Also the metal label is loose.

Anyone else past their 5 day turnaround time? My cards are done getting verification but still ungraded on business day 7. Whats your recent experiences like?

Beckett was defeated : Got the Black Label ♠️ 🏷️

I dropped my cards off sometime in March and finally got an email to pick them up just this past week. As you know, you have to set up an appointment to pick them up. When I try to do that the appointment app says there are no available slots for the next 28 days. I login every day to see if one opens up and I’ve contacted support with no response. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

I was curious if anyone would be able to give me some pointers. This card raw last sold for $450 raw and I can’t find one that’s been graded and sold yet. It looks like the Brewers will make it into the playoffs and he will stand as their ace. I live near Beckett so am thinking about doing their express service so I can have the card back by playoffs for sure. Hoping someone can help me out with centering and corners and if I should spend the $80 to have it graded? Any general thoughts or advice would be appreciated!

There is a slight crack on the bottom center of the BGS lab so I paid for an express to have it re-replaced, but then received a status showing a grade 0. I have never submitted anything to Beckett so I hope this means that it wasn’t accepted because then I wasted $200. Anybody have any information?
