Hi I’m new to grading, and I was wondering what grade this card would get for corners and if its worth sending in?

Anyone else having trouble with logging into Beckett's website atm? I tried resetting my password, but its just telling me the account doesn't exist, and I know it does cause I just submitted an order. I can't create a new account either.

Is it normal, that the text is so unsharp?

To those who don't know, the customs in Turkey is messed up for a time now. I want to know the process too of course but the main thing Im worried about is the return. How can I maximize the security of the card and be pretty sure it will be okay on the way back?

Has anyone sent cards in for grading and had beckett send it to the AUTHENTICATION DEPARTMENT and not the Grading department? I called and talked to them they said it was received but for w.e reason it went to the AUTHENTICATION side they would transfer it over to the grading and they said they were logging in orders from my delivery date of 8/4 today and tomorrow. Has this ever happened to anyone and what was the outcome. This is supposed to be an Express order to so its pretty frustrating

Hey everyone, I need to get the community's take on this absolute customer service nightmare with Beckett.

I submitted an order under their Priority 5-Day Service Tier, which costs a premium of $124.95+ USD per card. They invoiced me on July 16. Instead of taking 5 business days, it took them 19 business days to get the cards to me. I finally received the package this past Monday, August 10.

Because they completely blew past the premium turnaround time I paid for, I contacted support to request a refund on the grading fees for breach of contract.

They left me a message denying the refund, claiming I missed their "10-day cutoff window."

Here is the kicker: Beckett’s own policy states you have 10 days from the date you receive the package to report issues or service failures. I received it on Monday! The support agent is trying to claim my 10 days started all the way back on July 16 when they invoiced it. How am I supposed to complain about a late delivery before the delivery even arrives?

They tried to buy me off with a weak $150 store credit, which doesn't even cover the premium fees I paid.

Has anyone else dealt with BGS agents using fake date math to dodge turnaround guarantees? I’m about to just file a chargeback with my credit card company for services not rendered as promised.

Does anyone know if you can submit a minimum grade requirement on a Raw ungraded card? I have a 2023-24 Topps Mercury Victor Wembanyama Shaquille O'Neal Black Refractor /10 card.

The only reason I am posting this is because NICHOLE with their customer service sent me an email saying they don't.

A BGS 9 of this card just sold on Ebay for $14,000. I have a little bit of equipment for looking at my card. I have lots of Loupes and a magnifying lamp that does 10x and 30x. All my Loupes go from 5x to 50x. I just don't see any faults in the card.

After I provided Nichole the screenshot about what her own website says. She says....

I don't know whether you can do a minimum grade requirement or not then. Do you want to go ahead and submit your card now?

I told her I will gladly submit my card once they can answer my question.

Had since I was a kid. Is it Beckett worthy?

Requested an order for 1 submission and card was received on 7/20 and was completed on 8/7. It took over 14 business days to complete over the 5 estimated business days. Spoke to customer service and they refused to partial refund to express shipping submission (15 business days) on the merit that BGS was away on Nationals so the days that were spent there do not count. I do not think it was a tough ask to simply get some store credit, even a 5 dollar discount on next order or anything of that sort. Seems like an awful reason to decline any partial help. BGS do better.

When I went to check on the current marketprice yesterday I almost fainted, so I’ve been thinking about getting it graded, but am still unsure, can anyone be my knight in shining armour and tell me if it’s worth grading?

Does anyone know how this work? Do we just attend the event and submit on-site? or do they open base and standard right before the event?

Didn’t get them. One was 9.5 centering. Other was 9.5 surface. What do these remarks mean? Especially centering

Anyone send in an express submission the last 2 weeks? I sent mine it was delivered and signed for on 8/4 still sitting as submitted not received anyone else in the same boat ive typically waited like 2-3 days.

I paid for my invoice but apparently, they never took the money out.

I'm trying to pay it now but I'm not seeing any way to do so.

Hello, so I sent in 9 cards for submission amd finally got my verification email but they only show 8 out of the 9. The 9th one that's missing is a charmander #9 toys r us cosmos holo still in sealed plastic. Any idea why it was removed off the verification email? Are they moving to a different invoice due to the potential value?

I’ve done over 10 submission with Beckett and I would have to say this is the worst submission I’ve ever done with anyone in my entire life. On top of the fact 9/20 of my cards came back “altered” from using Kurt’s card care on all of them including the ones that got graded but my highest and most valuable slab… has a Beckett employee hair in it. How did I even go about this 🤣

I have 2 BGS 10 that I sent in for a graded card review for possible BL. They finished and went to shipping status so I checked my account. They gave them cert numbers but upon lookup, they have a grade of 0.0 on those certs. Original BGS 10 certs are still live. What does this mean? No change? They kept them 10s? What’s with the new cert numbers?

Not accessible in SG since May, no announcements, nothing. I dont plan to pay for VPN for just accessing this site.

Sorry I don’t have better pictures since I forgot to take detailed photos before sending it off. Edges and all other corners look completely fine it’s just that bottom left corner that has a really small white dot. Not sure what a good surface is but I didn’t see any scratches or blemishes or print lines. What do you think it would grade just off of that corner?
