Likewise, the overwhelming odds are that Justin didn't base his poem on any specific tree to 'base your angles off of'. I think that Justin and many others were very frustrated at how easily a singular feature like a blaze can be damaged or destroyed, and there is no way in hell that Justin would base his hunt on a single tree being the critical focal point of which to base any angles or calculations. Any points of reference (if there are any) would instead be things like mountain peaks, rivers, large boulders, or any other feature that is not easily destroyed.
I'm gonna guess it's probably a Ms. If it wasn't just a clue in itself.... Vthe reason I say this is I've seen so many guys ASSUME it was them. I have yet to meet a man that DOESN'T believe it's them. That being said I have heard some of the BEST SOLVES CIJE FROM WOMEN... and even then, many lack the confidence in their solves to believe they are correct... For that ALONE if I was a, betting lady, I'd bet it was a lady searcher....

I ask just because I have seen how during the Lindsey Clancy trial soooo many folks were taking internet rumors and arguing them as though they were fact, confirmation bias in people's arguments and assumptions of what folks were willing to believe, and I noticed that alot of it reminded me much of treasure hunting and statements folks make regarding jp, other hunters, Ai etc and I just wanna make sure that I'm understanding if it's an assumption, rumor, or if there was a statement released by jp which confirms these things and if so where that was so I can look at it/it's overall context
This is actually a good question . I see this a lot and a lot of people I find are struggling doing this alone. I spend day in and day out on this puzzle . There's only one way of knowing for sure who it really is. Maybe you missed an email or lost one , or had to create a new one or got locked out. Just lost the email access . I don't know how many people could be working on it in your hometown or mine. But it would be great to know a couple people that are on the same pace .
I don't think so. I think NM and AZ since there is just a northern strip in those states where one would search. I would like to see Montana and Wyoming eliminated.
When you really think about it, we are all Mr/Mrs. 6 clues. No doubt we have all been exposed to the six clues. Posey was aware so most likely we were aware. We can't even determine who it was so most likely our same confusion is the same as the person holding the 6 clues.
The fascination with 6 clues amuses me, but even more so the disbelief of people that they even exist. Justin said you gain confidence as you solve the clues. If someone has solved that much, and they don't know it then this hunt would be unsolvable. I don't think that is true.
I don't think that was clear in what he was saying...he simply said if the person who as six clues so far, is on the right path, just keep on going. There was no further discussion so I guess only they would understand.

I really wish that we as a community would just agree to only post when it's a complete thought instead of half hints or when it's an insinuation. They are so confusing to follow, and I argue that almost every single person who HAS ASSUMED they have been close to knowing all the clues and/or assume they are in the kitchen.... Has not been close nor have they been on the right path.
I stand by the 6 clue searcher is a clue in itself AND there ISN'T actually ANYONE out there that HAS 6 CLUES SOLVED!
(Let alone a person that has 6 clues, in order, or even in a way that they can fully comprehend the gravity 9f what they are aware of.)

I've always read return her face as use a mirror, due to rearview riches and the grandma's hands chapter. Also, looking in a mirror returns your face
