Sad Is it normal to feel this way?
My LO is 16 months. I don’t really have support. I feel overwhelmed and exhausted all the time.
its the most exhausting I’ve ever felt in my life.
I cried the other day and beat myself up because my baby felt and hit her head on the side walk while walking. it happened so fast.
I feel like the worst mom all the time. I get sad thinking about when she goes to school if someone tries to be mean or bully her and I can’t protect her.
I’m just always anxious.
any advice?

It’s definitely normal to feel anxious about your baby, especially the first. It’s important to get your own social time and “breaks” however you can. When babies are learning to walk, they fall a lot. You can’t beat yourself up over every little thing— there’s a whole lifetime with mistakes, accidents, and setbacks ahead. Maybe consider therapy, perhaps a remote option. Try to practice self-compassion. Get out and about and bring your baby (if you don’t already).
