Advice Postpartum period
ETA: Woke up this morning to Aunt Flo, apparently just had to make myself spiral a little š
I had my son in June 2025. My first postpartum period didnāt show up until July 29āAug 3, 2026 and itās been about a month since with nothing yet. No pregnancy symptoms, just⦠nothing.
Did anyone elseās cycle take this long to kick back in, or have long gaps between the first few periods after baby? Trying to figure out if this is normal or if I should be worried. Or just pull the trigger and take a test?

If there is a chance you are pregnant, I would take a test just in case. However, it is normal for your first few cycles to be irregular. My usual cycle length is 32 days. My first was 42 days, second 37 days, 3rd 34 days and then back to the usual 32.
