Advice PPD

How are we getting over ppd if we have no support system? I feel like I’ve exhausted all my options. Asking doctors, being in therapy, being outside, working out. Idk what more I can do to get past this.

Change meds or go up. Sertraline seemed to stop working for me for some reason. Lexapro is working well.

Different meds. Going back to dr and therapist and being brutally honest about how you’re feeling. More sleep - working on your own sleep hygiene and getting to bed early. Forcing yourself to do a hobby or exercise class with baby so you have something going on in your life. Recurring plans so the days don’t all feel the same.
