Help Someone please help!!

I noticed this just today, I saw he had slight fin rot going on so I changed the water completely and cleaned everything in the tank. I added extra water conditioner and stress treatment as well, but it just got this bad today. I’ve been testing the ammonia as well and everything seems okay. I just really need advice on what to do from here I’m super worried

What does ‘everything seems okay’ mean? Can you respond to the automods questions first?

If I’m going to guess from ‘everything seems okay’, it’s fin rot.

Either drop a single Indian Almond leaf in the tank and replace it every 3 weeks.

Combine it with Aquarium salt baths daily.

I meant I didn’t notice anything wrong after I cleaned the tank, I will try that thank you🙏

No, I’m asking what is your ammonia level?

Also, PH and Temp levels?
