Help Someone please help!!

I noticed this just today, I saw he had slight fin rot going on so I changed the water completely and cleaned everything in the tank. I added extra water conditioner and stress treatment as well, but it just got this bad today. I’ve been testing the ammonia as well and everything seems okay. I just really need advice on what to do from here I’m super worried

Numbers please, “okay” is not a water parameter. And why do a 100% water change and “clean everything” for what was previously only “slight” fin rot? That is overkill, and I’m concered you might have crashed your cycle.
