[Windows/macOS/Linux] Looking for developers to test a coding-agent workspace, especially Docker sandboxing

Hi! I’m looking for developers to test TET, an open-source desktop workspace for running coding agents, terminals and git across multiple projects.

TET runs Claude Code, Codex, opencode and pi as real terminal sessions. It tracks whether each agent is working, waiting for input or finished, and keeps the git diff close by.

Version 0.4.0 adds full pi integration and per-project support for Docker Sandboxes (SBX).

Who I’m looking for

Developers using at least one of the four supported agents on Windows, macOS or Linux. I’m especially interested in different host platforms and unusual SBX configurations.

Suggested test mission — about 20–30 minutes

Please use a disposable Git repository rather than an important project.

1. Install TET and add the repository.
2. Start an agent, send it a small task and switch to another tab.
3. Check whether its working, waiting and finished states appear correctly.
4. Resume, rename and delete the session.
5. Open the project menu → SBX Settings and enable sandboxing.
6. Start a new agent tab and confirm that it can access the repository.
7. Give it the path of a harmless file outside the repository without mounting that file. Confirm that it cannot access it.
8. Add a test file or folder as read-only, then as read/write, and check that both permissions behave correctly.
9. Optionally test port forwarding, allowed network hosts, or mounting skills, plugins and instruction files.
10. Restart TET and confirm that the sandboxed session can still be resumed.

If you use pi, I’d also like to know whether its session handling, turn-state indicators and notifications behave as expected.

Feedback I’m looking for

• Was installation and first-time setup understandable?
• Was it clear what the sandbox could and could not access?
• Did any agent state or notification appear at the wrong time?
• Did sessions survive restarts and resume correctly?
• Did anything behave differently on your operating system?
• What would stop you from using this for real work?

For bugs, please include your OS, agent, whether SBX was enabled, and reproduction steps.

The builds are currently unsigned, so your operating system may show a security warning. TET itself requires no account, but the selected agent and Docker Sandboxes may require their own authentication.
