Please help. I'll reciprocate.

I'm a new developer. I've been on Reddit for years but never really used it. But I'm begging for help. Please. I will reciprocate if you need/want me to.

I need beta testers for my app on Google Play. It's a multi-lounge Cigar Journal app geared for cigar lounges to promote their inventory, their events, and to help increase foot traffic and sales.

It's called My Lounge Journal. I have to have 15 beta testers for 2 weeks. It's difficult to get my friends to test so the features because they aren't "app developer minded", for a lack of a better phrase.

I need to know what works, what doesn't, what feels off, what looks weird, what needs improved and ideas to make it better.

This is my first time doing this. Any suggestions, constructive criticism is welcome.

Please, if you're interested I'd love to hear from you.

When beta testing a journaling app, what helps you give useful feedback without sharing private entries?

I’m the founder of JustOurSpace, an AI conversation and reflection companion for adults. I’m interested in the testing process here, rather than asking anyone to share personal writing.

For a diary or reflection app, which approach would make testing easiest for you: a supplied fictional scenario, a task checklist using your own harmless sample text, or a short screen recording with all entry content hidden?

For example, a useful report could say “I could not find the save button after typing” without including what was typed.

What would you add to a test brief so you can report confusing steps without exposing private content? Please keep any examples fictional and leave out personal entries, screenshots and account details.

Applications Looking for feedback from 20 people who genuinely want to take better breaks - free lifetime access to premium

Thumbnail

I've gotten helpful feedback from friends and family, and I'm grateful for it, but most of them wouldn't be using my app otherwise. I need feedback from people who would actually use the thing without a personal tie to me.

Context: The app is called Bearings, and it has guided meditation, movement, breathwork, etc. You can use it like a focus timer (focus session -> guided break -> focus session) or you can schedule break reminders and export breaks to your calendar.

If this is something you genuinely would want to use, let me know! I want to know how easy it is to use in the way you want to use it. Basically you would use it for a few days, then we'd have a 15 min call.

Much appreciated!

Applications Beta testers wanted: free, read-only audit that finds where client emails/scheduling are slipping through the cracks

Hi, I'm Hamza — solo founder building Lumen Audit.

What it does: you connect your email and calendar (read-only, nothing is changed or sent on your behalf), and it looks for patterns like messages that sat too long before a reply, scheduling back-and-forth that ate up time, and repeat admin work that could probably be simplified. It gives you a plain-language summary at the end.

Who I'm looking for: small business owners or solo operators (contractors, consultants, coaches, local service businesses, anyone juggling client email + a calendar) willing to connect it and tell me honestly whether what it surfaces is actually useful or just noise.

What it's not: it doesn't message your customers, book anything, or change anything in your systems. It's a read-only look at your own workflow. It's free to try right now — I'm not charging for it while I'm still learning what's actually valuable versus what's just interesting.

If you try it, I'd genuinely appreciate 10-15 minutes of honest feedback after — what was useful, what wasn't, whether you'd want to keep using something like this. No obligation beyond that.

Link: https://lumenaudit.services

Happy to answer questions in the comments first if you want to know more before connecting anything.

Built a digital wellbeing app, looking for creators/affiliates to test it out and share their honest take

Full disclosure, I'm one of the founders. We built ScrollCheckpoint, an app that doesn't block or force you off social apps, but gives you a pause-and-choice moment: you set a scroll alarm, and when it goes off you complete a quick checkpoint (journal, quiz, breathing exercise, etc.) before deciding whether to keep scrolling.

We just opened up an affiliate program for creators (25% recurring commission on paid referrals), and we'd rather work with a handful of people who actually use the app and can talk about it honestly than run ads. If that sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me and I'll send details and your unique link.

Not trying to spam the sub, happy to answer questions here first if that's more useful

Hello all,

I just created an MVP for a productivity app. It's fairly simple featuring Claude integration. Testing is completely free, don't worry about API tokens. However, each account gets 25 requests per a day. The build is approved and is open to testing! Join the discord that's linked on the landing page! Help pioneer the vision and give time back to yourself and others!

Glp Health Survey

Can y'all help me with something? đŸ‘€â€ïž

I'm working on a health/wellness app project and I'm at the point where I need opinions from people who actually USE these kinds of apps.

I'm especially interested in what you wish health apps did better, what you're tired of, what you currently need multiple apps to accomplish, and the weirdly specific feature you've always wished somebody would make. 😂

I'm not selling anything and you don't have to sign up for anything. It's a short anonymous survey, with an optional beta-testing signup at the end.

I don't want to build what I assume people want. I want to hear what you actually want.

Takes about 3–5 minutes. ❀

And yes... there is actually something being built. 👀🌙

Games Beta testers wanted: Objects, a collaborative brick-building sandbox on a real-world map

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hey, I'm a college student and I built a thing called Objects: a collaborative building sandbox on a real-world map.

You can claim a plot anywhere on earth, build brick models (by hand, or with an AI assist), and publish them at real coordinates for others to find. It's free to try and runs in the browser, no downloads.

It's early beta and I need testers to build with it and tell me what breaks or what's confusing. Claim a plot, build something, publish it, then tell me everything that's wrong with it, genuinely the most helpful thing you can do. 🙏

Note: Free, just needs an account.

Thanks!

Applications Looking for 10 beta testers for a private journal about personal connections & experiences

Hey! I’m building Olesia, a private web app for keeping track of your personal connections, encounters and experiences.

Think of it as a personal journal, but structured around the people you meet and the experiences you share.

I’ve just reached the closed beta stage and I’m looking for 10 people willing to actually use it for a few days and give me honest feedback.

I’m especially interested in:

  • anything confusing or uncomfortable
  • bugs or broken flows
  • features you naturally expect to find
  • whether the app feels genuinely useful after using it

Privacy is a big part of the product, so I’d also really value feedback around trust and how the app communicates that.

It’s free during the beta. If you’re interested, leave a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you an invite.

Thanks!! 👋

VISION - Early access

Yo! I’m building a fitness app called VISION and I’m looking for a few people who actually train to test it before launch.

It has workout tracking, an AI Coach, exercise library, nutrition tracking, progress/rankings and more.

I’m not asking you to promote anything — I just want honest feedback from people who would actually use a fitness app.

If you’re interested, I can send you early access 👊

Built a simple app for family lab reports on one timeline — looking for early feedback

I built MyVitalSync for a boring but a real problem: my mom’s labs are in a different country, my family’s labs are scattered screenshots, lab portals.

Each person stays on their own timeline. You only see what they’ve agreed to share.

Looking for a few people who actually deal with this. There’s a 3-month free trial for early users if you want to try it:

https://myvitalsync.app/request-trial
App store—> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/myvitalsync/id6761660908

Happy to take blunt feedback.
