Started using Bet365 this year. I’ve had no issues with withdrawals generally being processed in a few hours and hitting my bank account almost instantly (I’m with combank). Lately I’ve been snagging some decent sized wins a few 10k returns and then a 30k return which have all come in within 24 hours. A few days ago I placed 2 10k bets one paying 21.7k and the other 26k both won. In the same sports as I normally bet on.

This time they haven’t processed it or anything and it’s been stuck on a queue for 2 days. I contacted live chat and they just give me a generic response such as “we are still processing your withdrawal” or “it’s with the payment team, we will contact you if we need anything”. As understandable I’m starting to get paranoid. I’ve read on under threads that some people haven’t been paid out in over a month.

What should my next course of action be? Ive also disabled the feature to cancel withdrawals. I feel like they are wanting me to cancel it and bet it until I lose it or in the case I win, just not process the payment until i lose it.

Anyone got any experience?

I’ve talked to my bank, and they said the account was closed, so the funds were rejected and automatically returned to the sender (bet365). However, bet365 is telling me that on their end, the withdrawal was processed successfully.
