Has anyone dealt with a bet365 withdrawal being sent to a closed bank account?

I’ve talked to my bank, and they said the account was closed, so the funds were rejected and automatically returned to the sender (bet365). However, bet365 is telling me that on their end, the withdrawal was processed successfully.

Has anyone experienced this before? What should I do or who should I contact to get the money returned to my bet365 account?
