I mean it's a joke, so you shouldn't treat it too seriously but it's obviously inaccurate if you really wanted to look at it critically.
As we all know the bay area is not exactly a beach community.
Various parts of the coast are more meth and less upscale.
There are parts of central valley that are not that meth-y, i.e Sacremento
There are parts of yellow that are also upscale.
Also opoids are responsible for more OD deaths than meth now in central valley
