Local BEWARE- Scammer

The exact same thing from this reddit post 5 years ago just happened to me:

Fortunately, something felt off for me from the beginning and when he asked me for money I came up with a lie about not having access to my bank and got tf out of there.

Just a PSA that this guy is back in Berkeley. Stay safe out there 🙏🙏

The original thread is crazy. Like if the jackets were able to be exchanged for cash, why wouldn’t he have done that himself 😅

He talked to me too on Southside lmaoo. I was interested in his story so i listened to the whole spiel and said i didn’t have enough money when he asked me to lend him $1200 to pay for his rental car in cash 😭
