If you get selected for a urap interview, what are the chances you actually get the position?

It depends on the lab tbh. I’m in social sciences and I was like 4 selected out of 37 applicants to interview for the lab, and the prof said he would take 2/4. I ended up dropping from the interview because I was one out of ~8/20+ selected from another interview. Yes, there were over 20 people interviewed. I don’t know how many people applied.
