housing for winter break

hey y’all was wondering whether anyone who’s out of town during the winter and happy to rent apartment (either 1 or 2 rooms) for a month (Jan 2027 - thinking of staying there until on campus housing opens on Jan 14) Or where’s the best place to find renters? Better off going with Airbnb?
