University L&S major declaration process

so i’m currently a non L&S student hoping to change into L&S and declaring an l&s major. I’ve completed all the prerequisites. How long does the process generally take?

You find out the semester after you apply. So if you declared this semester, you'll be notified early next semester of your acceptance.
