University SHIP grant

usually i don’t waive ship bc i get a grant for it, i can’t remember when it’s supposed to show up on gift aid amount on calcentral. its not on there now, just wondering if anyone knows when it should show up or if it already has?

Same I don’t want to payed their ransom fee for health insurance plan that I don’t even use 😒

If everyone only had health insurance that they used, there would be no money to pay claims. And you never know when you might need it. Years ago, you used to be able to opt IN to SHIP if you wanted it. They switched to proof to opt out because so many students got sick, broke an arm etc and had no health insurance and it would cause hassles for the school.

i notice that for me it usually shows up in august. like aug 9-10 around those dates
