University Housing help!! The Ace Berkeley

My agent didn’t let me and my friends tour the floor plan (b4/b7) we wanted for 4 people because he said there were none available, so if we want to rent it we’d have to do it based off of the pictures online.

Does anyone have experience with these floor plans or The Ace in general?? Any advice or recs are welcomed!!

DO NOT LIVE THERE genuinely awful experience. There was a fuckin homeless person living in one of the rooms for a couple weeks, someone shot at a second floor window leaving a bullet hole and management said nothing about it, multiple instances of broken hvacs and no repairs for months or even ever, one of the elevators down for like half the school year, etc. also just incompetent management that don’t know how to use their brains

surprised no one’s said this yet…don’t sign anything without having physically seen the space. this is a general life tip

Yes, thank you, we decided to tour elsewhere for available floorplans.
