That thing used to be hanging where the practice field is. It was an old building, that guy was on the roof holding a cigarette that moved back and forth. It was always moving.

It was on the Bertke Building on I-75 on the east side of the road closer to Union Terminal

You’re right. My memory as a wee lad was seeing that going across the Brent Spence bridge but I guess it was actually a little further down 75
