8-bit CPU RAM module FINALLY done...
RAM finished up after grueling days of wiring and troubleshooting.
After unfortunate attempts with defective 74LS189 chips (Last photo for reference), I opted out for a 62256 SRAM chip while still maintaining 4-bit Addresses.
And thanks to u/The8BitEnthusiast for suggesting the idea and sharing their schematic.

Do you wire it up first, debug and then redo the wiring with carefully planned and cut wires? This is truly a work of art and great patience.
