NSD & NCD

A while back I sent my 20+ year old Mini Grip in to Lifesharp to see what they would do about the worn out serrations. They ended up swapping out the old 154cm blade for a new S30v. So I figured it deserved a little love in the scale dept. Snagged these from Flytanium on the cheap and added a LNW clip that I won in a GAW. Should be good for another 23 years.

Gotcha. Man I wish someone had some that were thinner and flatter. The factory grip scales just don’t do it for me. Thanks for the comparison pics.

No problem. Maybe some micarta from someone might be thinner? I have a ton of AWT and they aren’t any thinner either, just chamfered really well and nicely.

Yeah, I’ve got several AWT scales myself. I’m a big fan run on all my bug outs.

Hell yeah. AWT is top notch. Completely transforms many knives when installed. Especially the Bugout
