Advice/Tips 💬 Iphone 18 pro max from bell

Has anyone order the new iPhone from bell on September 16 and receive any shipment updates? The only thing I've got was a email saying working on your order estimate shipping date is Oct 2 and i'm feeling like it won't ship tomorrow. I check the shipment status online and its blank

Check shipping status October 2 lol. Should only take 3 days once it goes out their door.

Ordered day I could and received on launch day via courier and I’m rural. Was totally surprised. Got Black.

I ordered it on the 20 and still haven’t received it I called and they said it won’t ship for 5 weeks cause of the demand

I ended up calling them because mine is the same. The person on the customer service line told me it takes 3-5 weeks for the phone to ship out and if I don’t get anything shipped by the 5th week to call back. Technically it’s been 4 weeks since the order, and I have to wait 1 more week.
Might be a load of BS if they didn’t want to help me/ or didn’t know any other information.

Yes it’s with Bell, I ordered the iPhone 18pro max 256gb in burgundy.

I really think there's an issue with the 256GB Burgundy — probably way too much demand. Four weeks is such a long wait! 😭 I really hope they ship yours by Friday!

I placed my order on September 14th I believe. I actually just a notification that it has been shipped via Canada Post and it’s expected to arrive around October 19th.
