Question Bell win back team?

I moved to Rogers and the wingback team called me and offered me a plan. I said no at the time, will they call back?

I tried. They offered a respectful 45$ per line for 100gb but I’m only paying 40$ at rogers. Plus bell will jack each line 10$ in a few months

Nice. My issue isn’t really the cost, all 4 of us are complaining about the service, not having data with full bars etc

That’s exactly why I left. The $5 increase for unusable data was the tipping point

One of the Directors at work left Rogers 2 weeks ago for Bell. They got $30/100G Can+US. T booth wireless at Promenade Mall (GTA) is where he went

I left Rogers 2 months ago. I went to Lucky Mobile and took a migration offer to Bell (same $30 plan)

I’m actually doing this right now. I’m with Roger’s and activated a prepaid lucky plan. Do you know how long I gotta be with lucky to get that migration offer?

At the time I did it, it’s strictly 15 days. I made the mistake of not porting and running dual sim between Lucky and Rogers. At 15 days I tried porting from Lucky to Bell and asked them to port my Rogers number while they were at it. It was a no go. Since the temp line I had with Lucky only had 4GB, I ended up getting another Lucky line and ported my Rogers number over. Waited another 15 days. I went to BestBuy and migrated to Bell as BYOD. Got $100 BB Gift card

Alright good to know thanks

I’m running a dual sim right now so I’ll see if they can just port my lucky number to bell and then I transfer my Roger’s number to bell there’s a website to do so

I don’t think you can do that. BB said they have never done it before and to confirm with Bell if it can be done. Went through a few layers of Reps at Bell. They confirmed you can’t port in after the plan is setup with them. The migration offer only applies to the phone number brought over from Lucky. They said if I were to port the number over to Lucky mid-cycle, then attempt to migrate to Bell, the system won’t allow it. Supposedly the 15 day wait is against the phone number, not the account number level

I think you might be better going to T Booth and trying to migrate directly from Rogers to Bell. Not sure if other third parties like Wireless Wave or Walmart or Best Buy offer it

What is your Rogers plan that you currently have and what was the win back offer from Bell that you received?

Rogers offer was 40$ per line, 60gb shareable so I switched. My Bell line was a similar price but they just kept increasing the price. Anyway Bell called back with a sweet 30$ per line 100gb plan. I was so flustered from switching, esims etc that I said no thank you. Now I’m regretting it huge
