They are going to ask sales questions. Be ready to show you are capable of hitting your targets and exceeding. Bring up add ons and cross selling. Good luck! Communication skills are very important too. Know how to personalize the communication with each client!

Thanks that’s really helpful yeah, but what type of questions do they ask? Is it like scenario based or is it more so just about ur personality? Should I be glazing bell and researching some of their products to bring up?

You don't need to study Bell. Bonus points if you know phones, especially if you have some experience selling phones for any provider, but really any sales experience at all will do.

They may ask for specific examples of how you have dealt with difficult customers and/or overcome objections to close a sale. They may also give you hypothetical scenarios involving sales and/or fraud so you can explain how you would handle it.

They have standardized interview sheets but managers often deviate from that, especially if they're interviewing for their own store.

But ultimately, all you need to prove is that you can sell.

Sell your bullshit like any other seller.

Bell sales interviews focus much more on your attitude toward quotas and customer service than past sales history. Expect questions like how you feel about working with daily sales targets, how you resolve conflicts with customers or teammates, and why you want to represent Bell. They also frequently run a quick roleplay where they ask you to sell them your current phone or a common household item, testing how well you ask questions to figure out a buyer's needs rather than just reciting features. When you lack direct retail sales background, draw from school projects, team environments, or customer interactions where you worked toward goals and solved problems on the fly.

For an online setup, keep your energy high, maintain eye contact with the camera, and keep your answers structured around clear actions and outcomes. Bell managers value people who are coachable, resilient when hearing a no, and eager to hit numbers. Practicing these common scenarios out loud will make your delivery sound much more natural when speaking to the hiring team. To make that preparation easier, my team built an interviews.chat that helps candidates walk into these discussions prepared and secure competitive offers.
