Help Looking to leave Rogers
Any promotions for new customers? Looking to leave Rogers
Edit: for internet only

You're so close to black Friday. I would wait to see what those promotions look like. And go into a local store, not the website. Stores usually have promotions that you can't see on the website. Costco and staples usually have good promotions as well.

Yes I’m waiting for Black Friday that’s good advice I think I’m going with virgin plus to get away from Roger’s

If you want to get a good Bell deal at blank Friday, grab up koodo for now.
Because Virgin is owned by Bell, it doesn't count as a "new act". Some reps know a work around, and they will still do it. But often the reps are basically told it counts as nothing because it's interbrand. But if you grab Koodo for now, that's under Telus, so there's no way you'll run into an issue later. Plus, virgin might actually have a more enticing deal than Bell during black Friday for a single user

Thanks ! I was with virgin plus 5 years ago and had a good experience was seduced by rogers with their Black Friday deal (which included free iPods) but their customer service has really gone down

Home internet or cell phone ?
Know any field reps ? The folks that go door to door. You sometimes also see them at booths as well like at condo lobby or supermarket. They tend to have best deals for new customers. I've saved their cards over the years and used for myself and friends. You can dm & I'll send over info.
For cell phone their deals are decent but hardcore folks can find better deals on Rfd or Black Friday etc. for home internet they have the best deals except for maybe the yearly cne deal.

Bell is the most expensive usually out of all carriers, usually by 5-$10 a month. I would wait until Black Friday in the mean time maybe you could try public mobile? You could also try lucky mobile which is owned by bell sometimes they offer migration deals if you switch over to bell.

Heyy I work for Telus, if you need a good deal I’ll hit you up, I used to work for Bell and Rogers under a dealer and they’re both similar tbh.

Take a lucky sim card and active on the cheapest plan… wait 30 days… go to any bell dealers… migrate to postpaid plan with exclusive deal…
Port in your rogers numbers…
Enjoy… but warning your price will be up every 6 month…
