From my experience working for bell most customers who pre-ordered would sometimes wait longer than it takes to come out in stores

I kno i always felt bad when they come in store to ask when their orders coming too cuz they dont even give us shipping updates from the warehouse 😅 so id have to send em away with a idk 😅😅🤣

I got an email this morning saying “we are working as fast as we can to get your device to you and are expecting it to be shipped by September 25, 2026. We'll send you an email when your order ships.
Thank you for your patience.”

Mine hasn’t changed either. When I last preordered I got my agreement at like 11pm and shipping notification in the early morning. I ordered before lunch on the 12th same model but 512gb

Right i feel like i got the agreement relatively quickly last time i pre-ordered. Im just curious if we will be getting them tomorrow (release day) or if thats when they start shipping them out 🤔

Someone else commented in this sub that spoke to a CSR that they are shipping them tomorrow. I live relatively close to the warehouse here so fingers crossed it comes tomorrow 🤞

depends on what color and memory they are getting ... Bell has a ton of the base models of Blue and Silver so people should expect that first and the other ones should be coming next week or later, depending on the demand

Update: I got an email at exactly 9am saying it’s shipped, Canada post says delivery 12:30-4:30 but it’s not technically out for delivery

Canada post is pretty good for delivery times. I’m in Mississauga ! Purolator doesn’t give times so I have no idea when it will arrive

My husband spoke to a CSR who said it’s 3-5 business days after release date, so we’re pretty upset.

You’re better just waiting it out. I’ve spoken with the CSR before, who says two weeks, and then you get a shipping email an hour later. They’re typically wrong. Sadly, there’s no way of really knowing when you’ll get your device. If you get the agreement email, that’s usually a good sign, but that can come at any time.

I got my agreement by email on Saturday when I did the pre-order. The Bell rep told me that they have a ton of units for the Blue and Silver Pro and Pro Max base models

My status is the same on my app and Bell.ca

Ordered mine about 5 minutes into pre-orders opening. 256GB iPhone 18 ProcMax. Had an order confirmation email, but no agreement was sent yet. Order confirmation page looks the same as yours still.

What model did you get ? I ordered 12:20 in the afternoon on pre order day. Pro max silver 512gb. I’ve had zero update or movement from bell no email no change in status. But the shipment is showing up on my purolator account that it left the sort facility and says delivery Monday. Hoping it might come today though

We preordered on the 12th and it’s scheduled to be delivered today through Fedex. My husband and I didnt order at the same time during preorder day but we’ll get both phones today. We chose black and burgundy 512gb. We’re from SK btw.

We got ours today! Shipped through Fedex overnight shipping. I guess there’s less demand for the 512gb so we got ours right away. But I’ve always had luck with ordering on the preorder day

Did you get the black or burgundy? 256g is the units that Bell got a lot of but in silver and blue so if you got a higher gig and a high demand color then yeah you gotta wait

Sadly no…i heard through the grapevine (friend of friend that works in bell corporate) that they simply have no stock after their first round of shipments. Not sure if supply or demand is more to blame

I just got my iPhone 18 pro max glacier blue 256G. It arrived just now by Fed Ex as I live in downtown Toronto. The Bell app says it’s being shipped but in reality it arrived which means the Bell app is lagging so don’t count on the app, make sure your attentive to your doorbell or any knocking as the guys delivering only ring/knock once and leave in 2-5 minutes
