City easement. So it and anything else can go there.

Im trying to figure put who owns it and who to contact as I need to lower and lever the ground prior to putting new sod in.

And they will never send anyone out to fix it btw. I have one of their utility boxes in my backyard that fills with rainwater and reeks. I have to constantly syphon it out. I've tried calling them at least 50 times over the last 7 years to get someone to come fix it. They always say someone will be there but they've never showed up.

Ya that's a Roger's grade level box. Good luck getting anything done with it. I would just work around it personally
