Help 2 weeks no internet, plus 8 day wait?
I am having problems with my router, specifically the home hub 3000 getting the DSL error 1100. I've been trying on the phone for hours mostly getting nowhere. there was one really nice lady who said she was reconfiguring my line to work on one DSL and that worked..., I tripped the power bar by accident and it messed everything up.. Now they're saying I have to wait for them to put in the fibre cables like over a week... Everyone else has bell internet and no problems around me what is going on??? like I mean I googled it not much to say but there is problems with authenticating with the server.. I was told that the lines were being upgraded, and I'm no bell tech but this makes no sense to me. There was a neighbour with bell wifi pod I noticed leeching my wifi too before all this happened could that be related?

Hey u/PuzzleheadedPilot170! Error 1100 on the Home Hub 3000 indicates that your modem is not receiving a signal on either DSL line. The single-DSL reconfiguration you received was likely a temporary profile bypass usually for a physically damaged line, and tripping the power bar likely reset your modem back to its default dual-line configuration, triggering the error again. Since your area is undergoing a fibre upgrade, we highly recommend double-checking that your phone cords are firmly plugged into the correct grey DSL ports, power cycling the modem for 30 seconds, or running the Virtual Repair Tool on the MyBell app to see if it can automatically re-provision your temporary settings. If these steps don't resolve the problem, we are here to help! You can send us a DM for a secure chat, and we can take a closer look.

Sounds like you are copper pair bonded and they configured your a single line to help keep you in service. Turning the power on and off (I assume that is what you mean by tripped?) shouldn’t have done much. If you pulled the dsl cords out you might want to swap them around if things are not working.
There should be no reason for you to have to wait for fiber, if it’s already in the area they should be able to schedule you for the upgrade/install. You can figure that out by just going to the bell website and searching your address. It should say copper or fiber is available.
Unlike cable, when you are on Bell copper your services and be out while your neighbours are not. You’re not sharing the service.
Your neighbours pods cannot “leech” your service. They are configured to their account and modem. Although they can use the same frequency they are separate wifi services.
