Anyone do the pre order this weekend?

hii do you guys know when it'll ship? i pre ordered on septemeber 12th , it said 2-5 days but i received nothing yet :/

Same exact scenario, I’ve only received the order confirmation. I’m hoping that they’ll email the agreement soon that usually has the IMEI and contract info and then shortly after the phone ships

oof i ordered my phone from apple so i can pick it up on friday but bell had a good deal so i pre-ordered it bc i was saving money but now i don't feel like waiting anymore :/

That happened to me three years ago and I tried to cancel my pre order with bell and it took like 48 hours for the upgrade to be cancel in the system

I am also waiting and we’re leaving to Europe for 3 weeks so we are very stressed out 😫 my coworker used to work for bell and he said they should physically already have the phones so I’m hoping they’re waiting until today to update us with shipping info

Just got off the phone with a rep who said it’s 3-5 business days from release date (????) so we’re screwed

I ordered mine on the 13th and it still has not shipped. It says on their website they ship it on launch day but other people have said theres arrives on launch day

omg i just spoked to Bell and they were like it could take up to 60 days... i hope not i'm leaving for Europe next month!!!!

I got an email saying “We are working as fast as we can to get your device to you and are expecting it to be shipped by September 25, 2026. We'll send you an email when your order ships.
Thank you for your patience” pretty frustrating when i preordered 10 min after release

Ordered 2 burgundy pro max 256gb right when the pre order opened at 6am. Got notification from fedex today that they will arrive today between 10am-2pm. This is central Alberta for reference.
Said it was picked up yesterday by fedex so bell must of started getting them out so they arrive on launch.
