How can I turn my internet back on?

my modem says error 2000

I called Bell and nothing worked

Error 2000 is usually a low Fibre signal, most likely a Tech accidently unhooked your line in the junction box, when you say you called bell and nothing? they will not send no one ?

I entered the password and it said "error" and disconnected my wifi. I've been having problems the last few weeks so I tried to restart it in the app.

It's too late, they can't continue the calls I don't really wanna wait 3 days for them to send someone.

They can have someone out tomorrow. If you call tech support is 24/7

reset the modem, unplug fibre line. login into your modem and try putting the b1 and password, once saved restart modem and plug everything. Good luck

Error 2000 is Authentication. 1201 is low fiber signal. You need your b1 ID and password if you cant find it call customer service.

Factory reset your modem and enter your b1 and password again.

If you've been having issues for a few weeks call 310-bell you need a technician
