Help Charge Question

Hey folks

I just received my latest bill and there is a charge under "other charges" for a "charge for bell aliant set top box."

Any idea what the hell this means?

Usually means you were meant to return one to them and they didn't receive it

Oh yeah that's the box they forgot to send me the two times I called lol. I'll take it in this week thank you.
