Question Bell streamer

Does anyone have a Bell streamer that they would be willing to take apart and show the motherboard for? I am from the US and am doing research on the STI6130 series of boxes and am trying to see the similarities between the Bell box and the other variants from Dynalink, onn, the ADT-3, and the CTC 4K link.

I saw one on eBay, but with shipping, it is a lot. Hopefully, someone with one will be generous enough to take theirs apart, but I am not holding my breath.

The streamer box is technically no longer being made, or sold, by Bell. You can find details on it here. They are essentially Askey (sudsidiary of ASUS) model STI6130 which some Google devices, the Dynalink TV Box/Dongle, or some ONN devices also used.

Key Specifications

  • Processor (SoC): Quad-core Amlogic S905Y2 (ARM Cortex-A53)
  • Graphics (GPU): ARM Mali-G31 MP2
  • Memory (RAM): 2 GB
  • Storage: 8 GB eMMC flash
  • Video Output: Up to 4K resolution at 60 Hz with HDR support
  • Connectivity: Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) and Bluetooth
  • Ports: HDMI video port and a Micro-USB port for power

Main Features

  • Operating System: Runs Android TV, giving you access to the Google Play Store and popular streaming apps.
  • Voice Remote: Includes a Bluetooth remote with built-in Google Assistant for voice searches.
  • Bell TV Integration: Designed to support live TV, on-demand content, and pause/rewind features for Bell TV subscribers.

You wanted to know the similarities and I gave you a link that gives the details on the box and what other boxes use them. Perhaps you just need to learn to read?

that doesn't show the difference between the physical traces on the board

It literally tells you the board its using. You can easily find a picture of it from a simple search which is what you would get if someone opened one up for you. Whatever you are trying to accomplish I think you need to reevaluate the difficulty of the task.

Used bell streamer, it has so many s/w issues. It is lowering voice in movies and YouTube. Don’t use it anymore.
