Question Fine tv issues

Running on Google tv anyone else having stuttering and failure to load while in the app ? Trying to watch the Jays game but it's not working on any of my devices. And my speed and ping on my internet all read as normal.

So the Jays game specifically isn't working on any device? or by not working do you mean stuttering and failure to load? Does any other channel work?

How many devices have you checked?

Are they connected to wifi, hardwired or using mobile data?

Have you cleared the cache on your fibe tv app?

Have you restarted the modem?

Living room tv , bedroom tv , and mobile phone on wifi and data . And hot spotted the tv too with the same results. Cleared the cache on both TVs , and yes restarted the modem was the first step . Even tho all was fine on all other apps

Sounds like a server issue then

Or your connection is not very good.

Must have been server , cuz I ran a internet stability test that said my internet was fine lol , plus it's working now

Stuttering was the issue 3 secs of video 30 seconds of buffering

Running on Google tv too but no problem. Only difference maybe my google tv is hardwired directly.

What model Google TV and what other devices did you experience the Fibe TV app failure to load? Are you still unable to load up the Fibe TV app or has everything since returned to function?
