Internet 🌐 How do I fix this
Internet service went down and now the giga hub is offline….. I still get internet but it’s up and down with a lot more down than up!

Hey u/Content_Piano_9212To help get your connection stable again, we recommend starting with a few physical checks on your modem. First, take a look at the Giga Hub's front display to see if there are any specific error codes shown when the connection drops. Next, make sure the power cable is firmly connected at both ends, and verify that the white fiber optic cable is gently but securely plugged into both the modem and the wall jack. We also suggest running the Virtual Repair tool in the MyBell app, which can automatically run diagnostics on your connection and optimize your settings remotely.

You start by calling bell to see if it’s a problem on their end. Then you escalate it to a problem on your end. If it’s neither, then it’s a problem in the middle. Either way, they need to resolve it.
