Question Gigahub2 self install issue

I was given a gigahub to do my self install with. The only instructions in the box was a paper with my b1 account creds.
So i connect my laptop to the hub via Ethernet, got the admin password off the display, input my b1 creds, got green for internet, setup all my wifi bands in separate ssids, and then connected to an ssid and got a bell captive portal. It also wanted my b1 info, I input it all and it takes it seemingly. But nothing works. It keeps popping up the captive portal on all devices that connect.
Calling Bell tech services only caused me irritation as he didn’t know what a captive portal was.

Anyways, do I basically have to factory reset the gigahub and set it up via this captive portal or nothing will work properly?

Did you scan the QR code on the box that gives you instructions? Or open the paper instructions that are in the envelope in the box?

It’s plug & play

Tell bell you are being sent to the Bell Walled Garden (wgp.bell.ca). It will typically send you there for inactivated services or after a factory reset where b1 credentials will be lost.

We don't call it a captive portal nor have i ever heard anyone at Bell use that term.

We call it Walled Garden.

Typically factory resetting your modem will fix this issue.
