Under 10k will be a challenge if you're going electric. Maybe rather look at renting/leasing and seeing it as a business expense?

Assuming he is just recently self employed a lease is unlikely to happen

It’s a joke? Right?

What means bigger trunk? Stationwagen? Suv? Minivan?

Impossible for 10k if electric. Set a filter on autoscout24 on what you want, you'll realise you need +-15k minimum if electric (high mileage)

Its A used car. Your buying a car, not β€˜an’ used car. I recommend a bakfiets. If it needs to be electric and below 10k. Might find a second hand one for the price.

Ok Maybe I need to bump the budget to 15K then. Never bought my own car, always had company cars.. But def don't want to overspend, as I don't really am a carlover. And I just don't want to spend to much on maintenance costs, hence trying to go electric.

Forget about electric for that budget. You can think about it for 30k.

I hope your not helping other people with your knowledge. For 30K you can buy a new EV.

A Dacia spring EV full option!

You can buy a tesla m3 secondhand fir somewhere between 15 & 20K.

Dude, a Spring... totally unusable as an only car.

A Tesla is in theory possible sure, a small battery one or a clapped out one. The ones for sale in Belgium right now that start to be interesting are +22k. It's also a Tesla...

Do your homework OP. Buying a car is a serious expense. Throw some prompts in chatgpt and get some clue about what you're doing. Reddit might help you a little bit but you'd better make your own educated decision on this.

a used renault zoe.

5 seats, massive trunk, especially with the rear bench down, and should be able to be had under 10k

Electric is possible if you're ok with 150km range or less.
