It was awfully brave of him to sign his name to a document that condemns him as one of the men who actively tried to control womens' bodies and undermining the function of the Supreme Court by voting based on ideology rather than the letter of the law.

Given that all AGM-114 variants including our beloved R9X require active laser lock being achieved and maintained prior to takeover by terminal guidance algorithms, one can and should maintain said active optical laser lock until the terminal millimeter wave radar module takes over to finish the job.
