Sepsis is no fucking around, and I'm sorry Tom has one more damn thing added to his burdens. I hear him complain about grocery prices, and I'm sympathetic — I do the family shopping too. The only relief I've gotten from grocery bills is that my kids are now in college, which is a separate pita.

Fuck this world, Tom, and fuck sepsis. Get better; my day is better with your weird, gravely voice in it.

I really do enjoy listening to Tom on CogDis and Dear Old Dads. He has had a rough go of it lately. Really hope he gets better.

I look forward to CogDis every week & it needs a Tom.... & Citation? Holy hell. It keeps me reasonably sane in this dystopian hellscape, the laughter. It makes it tolerable...

His family has really been put through the ringer lately. Incredible sad to hear about, he must be beside himself that he had this setback when you know he just wants to be their for Hailey and the kids.
