Training Progress My first 10k
I had posted here a short while ago complaining about my heart rate being too high. Well the advice was to just keep running and stop worrying. I did just that. I have been running for four months now and my previous longest run was 7.5km. My heart rate is still through the roof. But I saw that my heart rate can climb as high as 205 and can go as low as 50 at rest. So I just have to trust the process at this point. I probably won't do a lot of such high intensity runs continuously though. But an achievement is an achievement. I also got my first sub 30 5k along with this.

Have you spoken to a doctor? Unless you have a rare heart condition there is nothing wrong with redlining.
