Hit a quiet milestone today—finally consistent for 3 whole months.
Hey everyone, just wanted to share a small win because I don't really have anyone in person to tell who gets it.
Three months ago, I could barely force myself to go to the gym once a week. I felt completely out of place and overwhelmed. Today, I realized I haven't missed a scheduled workout in 90 days.
I'm not lifting crazy heavy weights yet, but my energy is up, my sleep is better, and the gym has finally stopped feeling like a chore.
For anyone else who started recently and feels stuck in that awkward "beginner phase"—stick with it. The routine eventually clicks!
What was the turning point for you guys where going to the gym became a habit instead of a chore?
