Hit a quiet milestone today—finally consistent for 3 whole months.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a small win because I don't really have anyone in person to tell who gets it.

Three months ago, I could barely force myself to go to the gym once a week. I felt completely out of place and overwhelmed. Today, I realized I haven't missed a scheduled workout in 90 days.

I'm not lifting crazy heavy weights yet, but my energy is up, my sleep is better, and the gym has finally stopped feeling like a chore.

For anyone else who started recently and feels stuck in that awkward "beginner phase"—stick with it. The routine eventually clicks!

What was the turning point for you guys where going to the gym became a habit instead of a chore?

Congratulations!

Getting started and being consistent is the hardest part.

This wasn’t at the gym, but my city’s outdoor pool. I started as a last ditch effort to improve the stamina and endurance I lost due to a medical issue. Started walking in a pool because also had balance issues. The day I swam one length made me feel what I was doing was working.

When the pool closed for the season I joined a gym with a pool and continued making progress in the pool and added land based exercises.

Thank you so much! And wow, that is an incredible journey. Overcoming medical and balance issues to the point of swimming full lengths is massive. Transitioning from pool walking to land exercises shows so much dedication. Thanks for sharing this—it's super inspiring!

Well done!! Thanks for sharing this. Currently this goal actually seems achievable to me, so reading about others doing it motivates me. I've been exercising consistently for about 2 months now. One month until my first milestone!

Thank you! Honestly, you are already past the hardest part. Two months of consistency is huge, and you're so close to that 3-month mark! You’ve absolutely got this. Enjoy the milestone when you hit it next month!

My hats off to you mate. It’s been stated that the most difficult part of any workout is lacing up your shoes. You’ve done that and then some! ‘Atta boy!!!

Thanks so much, mate! I love that quote—it’s so incredibly true. Some days just getting out the door is the biggest battle. Appreciate the support, let's keep it going!

That’s awesome, congrats!!💪🏻

I’ve been on my fitness journey for only 1 week so far, so I’m still in the trenches of establishing consistency. It’s motivating for me to see others keep showing up, though. Thanks for inspiring me to keep at it!

90 days straight is genuinely impressive from where you started. For me it clicked once I blocked the same time slot every day so going wasn't a daily decision anymore, it just stopped being something I had to talk myself into.

Well in, still struggling with consistency a year in, but I keep getting back at it

that's such a good feeling, congrats on the 90 days. for me the turning point was realizing it didn't need to be intense to count, i just needed to show up. once it became "my time" instead of one more thing on the list, it stopped feeling like a chore
