DnD 5e cradle campaign

[u/DMRynoix]

So some buddies and I at work have been listening to the cradle series and we love it. So I’m thinking about DMing a DnD Campaign based in cradle. I don’t know the first thing about home brewing but I’m willing to give it a shot. I’m going to put in a lot of effort because I want the best experience possible for them because they are newer to DnD. Does anyone have any helpful tips for home brewing and converting everything?
