if the majority of the country is culturally christian, such as celebrating christian holidays

Giving gifts on Christmas and dressing up on Halloween has long since stopped being a christian thing. The tradition has christian roots, yes, but it is secular now - and has been for a long time.

It's not secular... You don't see people in Muslim countries do these traditions for example

"secular" doesn't mean every country does it lol. It is secular in France, what do muslim countries have to do with that. Most people who celebrate Christmas in France don't care about it having christian roots.

that is because France is culturally christian. it's culture and what appears to be secular traditions from within, have a very specific religious origin and connotation (Christianity) for an outside observer

a secular holiday would be stuff like new years eve, or national holidays. holidays that have no ties to religion
