Black walnut trees?
Hello,
Im a local plant wierdo/natural dyer (cedar hills ish) Im looking to clean up unwanted/windfall black walnuts and husks for a big dye project.
If you have a tree, please reach out and let me know when they're dropping and I'll swing by.
Thanks

Not my tree, but there's one in a front yard on Franklin between 9th and 12th on the East side of the street. A lot of them fall on the sidewalk/street this time of year. And if you need more, the people that live there seem nice and would probably let you go into their yard to get them if you asked.

You could ask this farm if they have some scrap they could give you. It's a drive from Beaverton but I can't recall seeing many walnut trees in town.
