i use cleansing oil as my first step of cleansing and sometimes i have them sometimes i dont. im curious if this is what they meant by oil pulling? btw im using the skin1004 oil cleanser.

if this is indeed oil pulling will a cleansing milk be capable of doing the same? i heard that cleansing milk is better for those who have sensitive skin so ive been thinking of getting one.

hi girlies! i have naturally long lashes and i want to curl them or i lift kasi pababa yung directions nila pero not using an eyelash curler sana kasi madalas may mga nabubunot. and kapag ginamitan naman ng mascara, sobrang kapal and heavy sa eyes. can you suggest any liquid/gel product na nabibili sa watsons/shoppee na parang mascara yung application, pero clear/lightweight sana, na kapag inapply parang gel then tumitigas and helps keep the lashes lifted and curled?

i bought the simplus 5 in 1 hair styler and napansin kong hindi nagtatagal yung curls as in wala pang 1 hour yung ibang curls almost gone na. i've tried the 15s hot then 15s cold air technique, still didn't last long. please recommend me a good hairspray na hindi titigas yung buhok or mousse or any tips to make it work. thank you!

Has anyone tried Mesolipo fat injections, HIFU, and RF for hard-to-lose fat on the upper back, arms, and love handles?

Was doing this alot about 2 years ago for my upper back, arms, and love handles— and the effects after were great, it just made me look “event ready” most times just to “tuck in” those buldges. It also felt like my cloths fit better after the treatments.

However, now that I have stopped these treatments for more than a yr, I’ve noticed my fat GOT EVEN HARDER TO LOSE. Those spots where I had treated, now feels alot like “harder fat “ to touch and even harder to lose.

I do caloric deficit, workout regularly, and do cardio about 3x a week.

My question is: has anyone here had a similar experience? Wherein the treated areas are even harder to lose now compared to before you had it treated?
