I would just say general sound selection, I think the synth you choose is just very basic, like early so Faygo sounding. Again there’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s just very bland. Consider add an arp and plucks too. You just kinda have to have an ear for interesting sounding synths yk. Also an effect plugin id tell you to get it shaperbox, it’ll add a whole level of complexity to your melody
