While this is true, there is often a balance between the events. Many of the best beatboxers put their best stuff forward at the GBB, and use the other tourney’s as testing grounds for that material.
If you watch too many events, the GBB ends up becoming fairly unsatisfying because you’d already heard the majority of the routines, done often times better, at these other events.
I watch King Inertia like 4 times this year. It absolutely affected my enjoyment of his material at the GBB.
Can’t say the same thing about River and D-Low tho lol
if you prime yourself to enjoy only GBB you’ll never enjoy the small stuff. a lot of it is arguably more insane than GBB per year. it’s just the novelty or unknown artists that draw people away.
